Saffire is a private home and we do not offer chefs nor menus.

A complimentary continental breakfast is provided otherwise you can choose to organise meals yourself in our fully equipped scullery and outdoor barbeque, or we can assist.

For self-catering, Max & Yvannah can arrange provisioning and daily replenishments or Max will be more than happy to take to you into town for a small fee of VT1500 for provisions.

No need to worry about cleaning up, simply rinse and leave your dishes in the scullery and Yvannah will take care of them for you the next morning.

If you would like to really relax, a local business “Natanara Kitchen” delivers a good range of home cooked dinners daily, with 24 hours notice.

Alternatively, several of Santo’s best restaurants are within a short 5-10 minute drive from Saffire.

The pavilion and fares are fully serviced daily, with the exception of Sundays & Public Holidays, with fresh linen provided every 3rd day or upon request.

Complimentary airport transfers, a welcome drink and fresh flowers upon arrival are provided.
