Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all accommodation and other bookings made at Santo Saffire. By making a booking guests warrant they have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them subject to such changes as are notified to them. If the booking for accommodation is made through a third party, the terms and conditions of that third party also apply.
Rates are per night for sole occupancy of the pavilion and two fares or the pavilion and one fare based on your booking selection. Maximum occupancy per fare is for two people.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted.
Check in time – 2pm. Check out time – 10am.
Children aged 16 and under are not catered for and Santo Saffire reserves the right and full discretion to not accept bookings for children within this age bracket.
Guest’s visitors are to be limited to 4 at any one time. The property is not available for events, functions or parties.
No jumping or diving for your own safety. No glassware in the pool vicinity – plastic drink ware provided.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable 50% prepayment at the time of reservation with the balance payable within 15 days before your arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of a stay will be charged 100% of the booking fee. A booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained, the booking is not confirmed.
A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellations.
Within 30 days of arrival, the 50% deposit is non refundable.
For bookings made & cancelled within 30 days, cancellation policy of 50% will apply immediately.
For bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival a 100% charge will be incurred.
A cancellation confirmation email must be obtained. If a cancellation confirmation email is not received, the booking remains in effect.
Rates are TAX inclusive and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Credit card details must be provided upon confirmation of your Booking
Upon departure and the return of all keys, the property will be inspected.
The guests will automatically be charged the total cost on the credit card on file, in the following circumstances:
– Any item is stolen or removed from the premises;
– There is any damage caused to Santo Saffire property, by the guest or anyone invited onto the property by the guest. Examples include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements.
– The guest breaches any of the listed Terms and Conditions.
